Complete rip-off. Always has been at this airport. All they are doing is encouraging people to drop passengers off or pick up outside the airport entrance on the A38 which causes traffic problems with people parking and adds risk to passengers crossing the main road. Still, they are expanding the car parking facilities so no doubt will come up with news schemes to rip us off.

This is not as clear as the Home Office video ua-cam.com/video/V00e8l--hso/v-deo.html They show how to place the front cover properly. In this video the hand obscures it.

To add salt to the wound Bristol airport has now banned cars from entering the airport via Downside road. This means extra mile of travel and extra noise and fuel pollution!

Got to be one of the worlds worst airports. Badly designed, severely overcrowded, people queuing outside just to get to security, people sitting and lying in the floor in departures because of too few seats and lack of space. Bristol Airport is a horrible experience to travel from.

Rip off airport

Most badly designed Airport ever. Down stairs then a few metres later upstairs again ( just who on earth designed this? ) No moving walkways on the other pier despite a very very long walk. No air-bridges to planes. Departure lounge far too small and dangerously overcrowded, people having to sit or lie on floor due to lack of seating. Extremely long queues for security. This airport is just chaotic and horrible to fly from. Much preferred the old airport before they built that chaotic new terminal. They keep attracting more and more flights but have provided no extra space in departure lounge. Security area is awful too.

Rediculous, income generation gone mad and they want to expand the airport.

I prefer to ride with a luxurious Uber car service 🚘

Was much better before the new terminal was built. For the first few years it was ok but they just started adding more and more gates. Now it’s seriously overcrowded in the departures with massively long security queues and as of 2023 flying from Bristol Airport is not a pleasant experience at all. 😢

No mention of price or exactly where to pick up - this message is garbage with adverts and pointless gabble trying to make more money from people who use the airport and make its existence possible in the first place! Outrageous abuse of travelling public. It needs to be stopped!

I dropped 2 family members off there and I was gone in 3 minutes - still cost me £5 to get out - unbelieveable! How can that be justified?

Be warned, Bristol Airport no longer accepts money in the form of cash. There is no signage informing you of Big Brother's latest arbitrary and illegal decision to impose exclusive digital order. This is a breach of our rights and has nothing to do with 'streamlining efficiency'. Its a move to do away with money, vindicated by the bullshit of Covid. It is a disgrace and i made an online complaint, to which nobody has bothered responding to by way of an apology or even an explanation. Welcome to the new world order. I won't be using an airport anymore.

I paid my money on friday 6th November for fast track. It soonn became clear that despite paying for it there was NO SERVICE. An utter disgrace. I will be taking this further on my return. When i asked why i wasn't getting the service i paid for the staff got all shitty with me. Breach of contract is clear under UK LAW.

I'm hoping my additional mortgage application will be accepted so I can pay for parking at Bristol Airport, how they can describe the parking as good value defies belief. Your parking prices are nothing less than exploitation and theft.

Outrageous conditions! £5.00 fee for drop off. £100.00 fine for pick up on the road outside the airport. 10 seconds stop at night. My wife couldn't walk any distances as she's recovering from broken ankle, and had to pick her up as close from terminal as possible. these conditions are obscene and unacceptable.
